Our Woks are by Typhoon and are of 2 types, both made of heavy gauge carbon steel with wooden handles. They have
flat bases and come in 2 sizes, 12" and 14", (the 14" is supplied with additional carrying handles).
The first of the 2 types has a coating of 'Probon' which is a very long lasting non-stick material allowing high
temperature cooking to 280 degrees. The second type is a pre-seasoned Wok which allows immediate use without having
to undergo the conventional lengthy seasoning process. We also stock accessories to Wok cooking such as lids, steaming racks and bamboo steamers, utensils, chopsticks, (cooking & dining) + 'Rookie Stix' for the uninitiated. We also have Chinese bowls, etc, (see Area 3 - table top accessories). |
